Shipping policy

In Store Click & Collect

All of our products are available for free collection from our shops in Clifton Village and Wapping Wharf. We also have a collection option from our ANNA HQ in Barton Manor, where our kitchen is located.

Opening times:

• Clifton Village: Mon-Sun 10-6pm
• Wapping Wharf: Mon/Tues CLOSED, Wed/Thurs 11am-6pm, Fri 11am-8pm, Sat 10am-8pm, Sun 10-6pm
• ANNA HQ: Mon-Sun 9am-2:30pm

Collection location/date/time is chosen at checkout.

We require a 3-day lead time on all products to ensure they are ready for collection on your chosen date/time.

National Delivery

We offer national delivery for all our macarons, cookies, cookie sandwiches and gift boxes, as well as our wedding cake samples. 

All orders are sent with DPD Next Day at a flat rate of £8.50 for your whole order.

Collection Date/Time is chosen at checkout 

We dispatch products on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday.

Local Delivery (Bristol)

We deliver cakes and treats to Bristol (BS) postcodes with our own drivers. Local delivery is £14.50 per order.
