Collection

Select your collection date and hour time slot at the checkout.

Collections will be available from 11am every day from either our Clifton or Wapping Wharf sites.

An earlier collection is available from our ANNA HQ in Old Market.

If you arrive earlier than your selected collection time we may not have finished the final touches to your order! If you don't think you will be able to make your collection time, do let us know & we'll see what we can do to accommodate.

When collecting your order please join the queue at the front of the shop and have your order number ready for the team.

National Delivery

National delivery is £5.00 to all UK Mainland addresses, and free for all boxes over £50.00. We dispatch products on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday every week. Choose your dispatch date at checkout for next-day delivery with DPD. 

You will receive a DPD tracking number by email. 

Local Bristol Delivery

£9.95 flat rate, free for orders over £120.00.

Delivered by us, this is a good option if you require Saturday delivery, a smaller delivery window or you are also ordering an occasion cake which cannot be shipped.

Choose your date at checkout. We deliver on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays between 11am - 5pm. Due to the nature of our deliveries we are unable to take time requests for our Local Deliveries

We deliver to most Bristol (BS) postcodes, enter your postcode at checkout to see if we deliver to your area.

You will receive a flavour card with every box showing you which flavours are in your box.

Please note that there may be a small chance that we don't have one of the flavours you requested in stock.

Allergens

One of the main ingredients in macarons is almond flour, so all of our macarons contain NUTS.

They also contain GLUTEN, MILK, EGGS, SOYA and our gold paint contains ALCOHOL. All of our macarons are made in an environment where, PEANUTS, EGGS, MILK, SOYA, SESAME, GLUTEN and ALCOHOL are used. For this reason, we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens. Our team takes all the necessary steps to ensure cross-contamination doesn't happen, however, there is always a risk that one of our products has come into contact with another product.
