Please note: We will always do our absolute best to fill your box with the exact flavours you select. All flavours are subject to daily availability, and if one of your choices is out of stock, it will not be included in your final assortment.

Shipping & In-store Collection

Free Collection

Collection is free. Choose your collection date and time slot at checkout.

You can collect every day from our Clifton shop at 7A Boyces Avenue, from 11am until the shop closes at 6pm, or from ANNA HQ in Old Market (Barton Manor) between 8am and 2pm. Please collect from Old Market by 2pm, as we are not able to hand over orders after that time.

If you arrive earlier than your selected collection time we may not have finished the final touches to your order! If you don't think you will be able to make your collection time, do let us know and we'll see what we can do to accommodate.

When collecting your order please join the queue at the front of the shop and have your order number ready for the team.

UK Postal Delivery

Postal delivery is £6 per order, and free when you spend over £40. We send to all UK mainland addresses by tracked next-day delivery.

We dispatch on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Choose your dispatch date at checkout and you will receive a tracking number by email.

Local Bristol Delivery

£14.50 per order, delivered by our own driver. This is a good option if you need weekend delivery or are also ordering an occasion cake, which cannot be posted.

We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (we do not deliver on Tuesdays). Local delivery is subject to availability and some days only have one or two slots, so the dates you can pick at checkout are the ones we have available. We are unable to take time requests for local deliveries.

We deliver to most Bristol (BS) postcodes. Enter your postcode at checkout to see if we deliver to your area.
Macaron Flavours & Allergens

Our macaron flavours change with the seasons.

Every box comes with a flavour card showing which flavours are in your box and the allergens in each one. There may be a small chance that we don't have one of the flavours you requested in stock.

Allergens

One of the main ingredients in macarons is almond flour, so all of our macarons contain NUTS (almonds). They also contain EGGS, MILK and SOYA, and our gold paint contains ALCOHOL. Some flavours also contain other nuts (such as hazelnuts, pistachios or pecans) or WHEAT (GLUTEN), and these are shown on your flavour card.

All of our macarons are made in a kitchen where NUTS, PEANUTS, EGGS, MILK, SOYA, SESAME, GLUTEN and ALCOHOL are used. Our team takes all the necessary steps to avoid cross-contamination, but there is always a risk, so we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens.
