Free Collection

Collection is free. Choose your collection date and time slot at checkout.

You can collect every day from our Clifton shop at 7A Boyces Avenue, from 11am until the shop closes at 6pm, or from ANNA HQ in Old Market (Barton Manor) between 8am and 2pm. Please collect from Old Market by 2pm, as we are not able to hand over orders after that time.

If you arrive earlier than your selected collection time we may not have finished the final touches to your order! If you don't think you will be able to make your collection time, do let us know and we'll see what we can do to accommodate.

When collecting your order please join the queue at the front of the shop and have your order number ready for the team.

UK Postal Delivery

Postal delivery is £6 per order, and free when you spend over £40. We send to all UK mainland addresses by tracked next-day delivery.

We dispatch on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Choose your dispatch date at checkout and you will receive a tracking number by email.

Local Bristol Delivery

£14.50 per order, delivered by our own driver. This is a good option if you need weekend delivery or are also ordering an occasion cake, which cannot be posted.

We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (we do not deliver on Tuesdays). Local delivery is subject to availability and some days only have one or two slots, so the dates you can pick at checkout are the ones we have available. We are unable to take time requests for local deliveries.

We deliver to most Bristol (BS) postcodes. Enter your postcode at checkout to see if we deliver to your area.

Allergens

Our gluten friendly cakes are made with gluten-free flour and ingredients that do not contain gluten. However, gluten is used in our bakery and we are not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, so there is always a risk of cross-contamination and we cannot guarantee they are 100% free from gluten.

They generally contain MILK & EGGS, unless stated as vegan. Our cakes will also contain NUTS if they have macarons used as decoration.

Please note that if you are adding a plaque to any of our cakes, these contain EGGS and therefore are not suitable for vegans.

All of our cakes are made in a kitchen where NUTS, PEANUTS, EGGS, MILK, SOYA, SESAME, GLUTEN and ALCOHOL are used. Our team takes all the necessary steps to avoid cross-contamination, but there is always a risk, so we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens.
