General Information & Terms of Supply

Production & Lead Times

All products are made fresh to order in our Bristol kitchen. To maintain our quality standards, we require the following lead times:

All macaron and brownie orders require a minimum of 4 days.

Delivery & Logistics

We manage all deliveries in-house to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition.

Complimentary Delivery: We include one complimentary delivery per calendar month on orders of £500 or more.

Additional Deliveries: If an additional delivery is required within the same month, we are very happy to arrange this. These are charged at £30 per delivery.

Packaging & Equipment

Our brownies and macarons are delivered in grey plastic transport trays.

Ownership: These trays remain the property of ANNA and will be collected on your subsequent delivery.

Storage: Please refer to the top of the order form for external box dimensions to ensure they fit your freezer.

Assembly: We supply 4-part packaging (Tray, Sleeve, Paper, and Insert). These are assembled by your team.

Tip: Brownies and macarons can be placed directly into their boxes while frozen to defrost at room temperature, or stored frozen in their assembled boxes if you have the space.their boxes while frozen to defrost at room temperature, or stored frozen in their assembled boxes if you have the space.

Shelf Life & Storage

Brownies

  • Frozen: 6 Months
  • Refrigerated: 7 Days
  • Ambient (After Defrost): 3 Days

Macarons

  • Frozen: 6 Months
  • Refrigerated: 5 Days
  • Ambient (After Defrost): 2 Days

Allergen Information

All our products are handmade in the ANNA kitchen. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen handles Nuts, Gluten (Wheat), Dairy, Eggs, and Soya. For our Nut-Free Brownies, the following allergens are present:

WHEAT (Gluten), EGGS, MILK, and SOYA.

We cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free from traces of other allergens. Please ensure this information is available to your guests.
